NA-Unternehmen GmbH is a specialised demolition and hazardous-material remediation company based in Bad Reichenhall with a branch in Stuttgart. Since our founding we have stood for reliable, professional and environmentally responsible deconstruction and remediation of contaminated building fabric.
Our core work follows TRGS 519 (asbestos), TRGS 521 (man-made mineral fibres) and TRGS 524 (hazardous substances in demolition and maintenance). An experienced team and modern equipment keep site processes safe.

Frequently asked questions
Who may remediate asbestos in Germany? +
Asbestos works may only be carried out by competent contractors with proven expertise under TRGS 519. We work to TRGS 519 (asbestos), TRGS 521 (man-made mineral fibres) and TRGS 524.
When is a hazardous-material survey required? +
Before demolition, maintenance or renovation, possible hazardous substances must be identified. If reliable information is missing, a competent survey is required – especially for buildings from before 1993.
Which rules do you work to? +
Among others GefStoffV, TRGS 519 (asbestos), TRGS 521 (MMVF), TRGS 524 (hazardous substances in demolition and maintenance) and DGUV Rule 101-004 for contaminated areas.
